Heathcliff and Dingbat cartoonThe infamous orange-striped tomcat of comic strip fame gets his first show. Heathcliff (from the comic strip created in 1973 by George Gately), stars in this Saturday-morning series in which he enjoys terrorizing his neighborhood. In the show's other segment, "Dingbat and the Creeps," a vampire dog (Dingbat), a skeleton (Sparerib), and a pumpkin (Nobody) work together to help others. This was to be the first of three Heathcliff series.
