Cartoon with a "Fig Band" in one episode

Hi there,

I am looking for a cartoon, possibly from the 80s but it could also be from the 90s. I only remember it for one special scene, there was a band made out of figs in one episode. I think it was three of them and they had sunglasses and were singing a song about figs.

Does anybody know what I am talking about?

hi, no it was not a cartoon about fruits in general, it was with other characters. just that episode featured that fig band, but i don't remember how long that was. but i think it wasn't just a very short gag.

it could have been a show like the chipmunks or that "my pet monster" show or whatever it was called, but not sure.

i remember that the fig band was performing on the street, and with sunglasses, and at night i think. the music was, i guess, kinda 80s funk like.
