| I have been searching for this cartoon for a long time. I think it is 80s science fiction animated film. I remember particular scene - road and two cars. From one of the cars get out one beautiful girl, from the other car - a witch. The witch transforms herself to look like the beautiful girl, then the real beautiful girl faints. Two guys take the fainted girl into one of the cars and the car drifes off. Then the witch is ready to take the place of the beautiful girl.

what did the girl look like? hair color, outfit
lots of kidnapping goes on in toons

The witch was definitely not a Halloween type. She was quite attractive, had tight clothes and she was young. But she was evil.
I remember there was a scene, which showed the beautiful girl to lie unconscious in the car. Then the car drove off.
And there was also some laboratory, which was a shelter for the villains.
The animation was science fiction from 80s, I'm sure.

It's science fiction animated film from the 80s. Time Bokan is from the 70's. The film that I search for is typical American science fiction animated film.
