Please help me to find a cartoon series

i will try to describe it as much as i remember it..

So it was a cartoon series broadcasted in greece between 2003-2006..i remember a boy playing a video game and in one moment he was absorbed into this game..he was hanging around with his "monster" friends..i remember a blue wolf who also had another brother..a grey wolf " a bad one"..a one-eyed yellow monster and a giant rock guy who would throw the yellow guy up in the air to see where they were and where they were going..

This is pretty much all i can remember from it..if anyone has a name in mind please reply here..thanks in advance

Genki's a kid obsessed with rollerblading and his favorite dueling game
Monster Rancher. He so good, he wins a special version of the game
and finds out that the Monster Rancher world is all too real. He turns
on his game for the first time, and eagerly waits to start playing. Meanwhile,
in the Monster Rancher dimension, a similar disk is activated at he same time,
and it pulls Genki through a portal into a world where all the monsters
of the game actually exist.

He finds friends as well as enemies in the new world. Holly
is a young girl his own age who accidentally summoned him.
She has a monster friend Suezo who is just an enormous eye.
Holly holds the key to defeating the ruthless war-lord
monster, Mu who commands the evil monsters, but
she'll need Genki's help.

They find other friends along the way. Golummn; a gentle
stone giant. The wolf-like monster, Tiger of the wind a great
fighter. Rabbit; a shrewd thinker, and Genki's own faithful
little monster Mucchi.
