| Hi there. I realize that this is an old topic, but I thought you might still be looking. The girls with the flower hats are Victoria Plum. She had her own series of books, as well as a doll, and various other little merchandise.

| These are really cute little figures. I didn't know about Victoria Plum, I think I should get a little bit more deep into this topic, although it doesn't seem much information available? I think they are gorgeous, so much nicer than the smurfs. Especially their little flower hats reminds me of delivered flowers which I got recently. Really nice!
