Actually...no.
(But Shout! Factory has done a tremendous job with many other classic '80s cartoons and I do like them pretty well for keeping some older shows alive on DVD.)

It's not a Fox Kids production.
And I have a correction on the age of the character- I just recently found some info on the show that says that it is actually 19, so sorry if that threw anyone off.
And regarding the mostly human characters- yes, there are mostly human characters that are the main leads. But it's not all human characters. (i.e. there are also some characters I would consider main characters that are not human.)

Well to clarify- I identified the character with his nickname as that's what he's most readily known by- so that's the name I'm looking for. If you know his full real name, that's cool- but I wouldn't necessarily expect everyone to know that. Both his nickname (i.e. the name I'm looking for) and his last name do start with the same letter. His first name starts with a different letter though.
And the show was not released onto DVD in the last 6 months. (It's actually been available for a few years now.)
