Don't you hate it when you watch a cool clip of a cartoon on youtube and you say "I need to watch more of this" but then you completely forget what it was called? Yeah, me too.

This half an episode featured this kangaroo (maybe a wallaby or a dingo) calling a bunch of these other animals together to form this organization. I'm not sure if this organization fought crime or saved the environment (that would be in the second half that I never saw). The main kangaroo's name was some how incorporated into the name of the organization/cartoon. They had some high tech gear as well. There was a big screen in their base and some other person who is looking for it mentioned a jet pack. One of the other animals who was flying in was driving some cool plane/jet thing too.

It had an Australian vibe to it and it looked like it took place in Australia as well.

this was an 80's cartoon?
Teddy, is the page still in your
browser's history?
Maybe you could check the history
and find the title that way

I'm assuming it's 80s. The video was bad quality though so it's hard to be sure. Could have been 90s I suppose.
Alas, I saw it several years ago and have wiped my computer since.

Edit:
OH OH OH! Nevermind! i typed in catroon Aussie and rescue into youtube and found it.
