a cartoon with a kid and a robot as a hover bike...

Hi all,

I have been looking for a cartoon I used to watch as a kid. Can't remember much of it, but I remember that the main character was a kid and he had this robot with him which he could also use as a motorbike, or more like hover bike (Its set in the future). As far as I remember the villain was a robot too, a tall one with a long dark blue cloak. a cyclop probebly, you can only see his big red eye.

Sorry, not much details, but its been a very long time. would be great if anyone can help. If I remember anything else I will add later.

its not "Ulises 31", my friends mentioned it straight away when I said a kid and a robot. but its not it.

Unfortunately its not this one either.

Here, I tried to draw what I vaguely remember from the cartoon series. I cant remember much details about the robots but this is kind of what I got in my head.

Been looking all over the net for it.

When I watched it as a kid it was dubbed in Arabic so I wasn't sure of the origin of the cartoon or its original name.
