Heathcliff and The Catillac Cats

Who remembers this awesome show? i have since i was 4 when i watched it every afternoon and thought Heathcliff himself was funny yet Mel Blanc proved to be one of the best voice actors ever.

Riff-Raff was quite the pimp and Cleo was one foxy kitty cat i had a crush on at age 4 as it was her with M'ress from Star Trek TAS and Cheetara that made me fascinated with catgirls. I mean isn't it funny yet unbelievable how back in the 80s and 90s they got away with making feline girls in cartoons sexy? i mean you had Cheetara, Cleo and more.

A lot of people apparently liked cats in the '80s and '90s. And since the Broadway musical "Cats" was big in the start of the '80s (around 1982 I believe), perhaps that was the starting point for the feline theme of the next two decades- lol.

But anyway- yes, I also grew up watching Heathcliff and the Catillac Cats and I love it.
And speaking of all these cat shows, of course you can't forget "Garfield and Friends", which was another favorite for me. But I've never been the kind to try to choose between two- both Heathcliff and Garfield are cool to me.
