Is it just me or were several episodes on the DVD set never aired originally? I loved that show as a kid. The Marvel Comics animation was way better than any other company at the time. The only problem was, it was the same 10 episodes that repeated over and over again for 2 years.

It wouldn't surprise me, I've seen stations do that before.
TeleToon is terrible for that. For example, the Real Ghostbusters is playing right now on TeleToon retro. It's the Boogieman episode. As much as I love the Boogieman episode it's the 3rd time I've seen it in 2 months.
I think stations just show the first season for like a year before dropping the program or giving us another season. They may even split the season in 2.
