Desperate to find :c

To be honest I'm not even sure if it's an 80s cartoon, but I figured if anyone would know, they'd be here probably. Anyway the basic premise of what I can remember anyway is that it was a team of like 4 or 5 people, I think they were adults, and it might have been something like "Sky force" but I'm in no way certain of that. The only other thing I can remember is the character I liked the most, he had orange hair and was the "hot shot" of the group, rode on a hoverboard and his weapon was a giant red boomerang......

Any help would be at least 10 kinds of appreciated.
