I can barely remember this show, but it had a main character that wore a blue mitt or forearm device. The device loaded a ball or some sort of ammo one at a time into a hole on top. I remember there being battles like this. Also they main character either rode around in some sort of blue floating tank or was trying to escape from it. Any ideas out there?

Sounds like

Spartakus and the
Sun Beneath the Sea
(85)
a.k.a. The Absorbed Worlds
a.k.a. Les Mondes engloutis

The mysterious subterranean world of Arkadia was in jeopardy, when it's
artificial sun began to fail. They had to send a heroic explorer out into the
crust to find a solution to save their land. The desperate people of Arkadia
used a long lost forbidden knowledge to create a special emissary named Arcana.
She would be their messenger.

A brother(Matt) and sister (Rebecca)from the suface world manage to get lost
and fall into a lost fault in the crust deep beneath the Earth. They were found
by Sparticus and Arkana in their living ship. I think Bac and Bic might have been
Arcadian pangolins. The kids join the journey while they look for a way home.

I knew I hadn't imagined that show. I came across it earlier but couldn't find a proper video for it. Thanks, my sanity is intact.
