Identify this lady?

It seems like someone is either misinformed, or trying to rip people off.

The above link is to an auction claiming to be a TMNT production cel of April O'Neil. The problem is, that's not her. Princess Lana, and Tara Tomato came to mind, but it's not them either. She looks familiar, but I really can't think of who she might be, and what show she's from. I don't know if the girl in the cel is from the 80's, but it's claiming to be April, who was, so I hope it's alright to post this here.

I know I've seen her before but can't remember where. I think she's a Disney character.

Ha-ha! I think i have this figured out!

I think she is Princess Guenevere from King Arthur and the Knights of Justice. The hair matches, the face matches, the earrings match, the crown is a little off (but she does have a crown) and he eye colour changes depending on what ep you watch but looks good!
