Can't remember a cartoon from my childhood, 'bout a cowboy.

First of all, Hello , this is my first post. I want to congratulate everyone behind this great idea of making a forum of all this wonderful animated series!


I can't remember a cartoon, I'm sure it's from the 80's-92. Don't remember the argument, or the fisical look of the characters, the few I can remember is about a cowboy or a sheriff who owns a gun that fire stars, and one of the bad guys breathes (or blow) sand and creates whirls. That's all I can recall.

Hope you can help me, I looked for it in other topics but didn't find anything, this thing is torturing me xD
