abused doll turned into witch...80s cartoon movie!!!!

I will pray to the 80s cartoon Gods that someone actually knows what the hell i'm talking about. It was a movie about a little girl who goes into some crazy dimension where there is a witch or bad old ugly-ass woman who used to be a doll, but was mistreated and turned into a witch. anyway, this witch is on the bad side and is trying to make this world full of darkness, but this beautiful white horse or unicorn is on the light side and it's a battle between the two, with this little girl (maybe even boy, i can't recall) trying to help. there is a castle of some sort involved, and it's NOT THE LAST UNICORN OR DARK CRYSTAL. there's a scene at the end where the horse is running full speed across some sort of field towards the darkness to kill it (???). i can see the evil lady in my head - she has a magical or ****-up eye and she's all stooped over.
you guys are the best, and i am at my wits end... please help me! thanks!

But i'm glad i could help! There is also another movie out there, the fantastic adventures, a pilot, Black Cloud White Feather and a possible special which i'm still looking for more details on.
