Tell me what you thought were the best and worst toys of the decade. These weren't necessarily the coolest or the most popular toys, but the ones that were the most fun to play with. I'll start off with a few of my own:
Hot:
Legos: C'mon, who didn't like to build stuff?
Lincoln Logs: See Legos. I spent hours with those things, almost as much as with the Legos.
My Little Ponies: I LOVED my ponies. I had about 35 of them, and the Nursery, Waterfall, Pretty Parlor, Dream Castle, and Paradise Estate. Those were my favorites. My friends and I made up lots of great stories while playing with them.
Not:
Easy Bake Ovens: What did you do with them when you ran out of cake/brownie mix? It was only fun the first few times.
All those Barbie variations. Peaches & Cream Barbie? Nurse Barbie? Malibu Barbie? Rock Star Barbie? Princess Barbie? Diva Barbie? C'mon, admit it. It was just a gimmick to sell more. After a few dolls, all you really needed was the outfits, not another doll to wear them. Barbie and friends were cool, but you only needed a few of the dolls. But to get the outfits you wanted, you had to buy the whole shebang. Not cool.
Your turn!

Never really died always in some form or another. Though it's still freaky to see the tf logos on cars and shirts.

| TF has been around since the 80's. There's still a rather large fanbase of 20- and 30-somethings who got started on it in the 80's.

I loved my Barbies, G.I. Joes, My Little Pony, Pound Puppies, Transformers, Smurfs, He-man, popples, Teddy Ruxpin, Snorkles, and Rainbow Brite Toys. Also Legos. I had He-man boats and Smurfs roller skates. Can't really think of any that I didn't like.

I remember that Pac-Man board game! (I believe I remember playing it at a friend's house!) That was cool!
Atari 2600 still rules! Along with the Nintendo Entertainment System! I'm happy just playing those 2 systems! I also remember the Lincoln Logs and Erector Sets. Definitely loved my Legos. I also had Duplos (which was like a younger kid's version of Legos? I guess.) Anyone else remember those?

| I have two kids and yes, they still make Duplos, but they don't call them Duplos any more. They're just under the name Lego. How stupid is that?

| I had a version of a big wheel that was green and it was called the roaring hot cycle. It was Da Bomb because it had an actual siren on it. Instead of an easy bake oven i had a holly hobbie oven. I had a Lite Bright that my brother would use to leave me mean messages. My cabbage patch kid was alot of fun too.And barbie of course. Shrinky Dinks and colorforms rocked!

Big Wheels ruled! I could spin them with the pedals and handle bar. The "spin out" handle sucked._________________
