My mistake! I was too caught up by that pic that mac posted a few days ago. Charlie Sheen is not part of the cast.
Thanks for the link though...somehow we'll get too see the goonies again after all.... Very Happy

Don't feel bad- I was looking for Corey Haim in the picture myself! Laughing until I realized he wasn't in "The Goonies"!!! (I was obviously still hung up on "Lucas" Very Happy )

Yeah, he was. I remember that- great movie! I saw "The Three Musketeers" movie a number of times as a kid. The movie also had a great song- "All For Love" performed by Bryan Adams, Rod Stewart and Sting. Very Happy Cool

Back in the day, I remember Debbie Gibson as one of the top teen singers, while Madonna ruled the more adult age group. For actors and actresses, seems to me Robert Redford, Richard Gere, Demi Moore and Brooke Shields were the hot items then.

Yep- I would generally agree with that assessment. If you're talking popular young singers in the '80s, then there's also Tiffany, Stacey Q, and one who was big before either of them got big- Amy Grant. Very Happy Cool
And for popular '80s actors, one other who should be mentioned- Patrick Swayze. (classic movies like "Red Dawn" [the original 1984 version] and "Dirty Dancing". I also enjoyed his work in the "North and South" miniseries.
And for actresses, Karen Allen is also memorable to me for her work in 1993 in "The Sandlot", but also one of my favorite '80s scifi films- the 1984 movie "Starman". And of course, her role as Marion Ravenwood in "Raiders of the Lost Ark" and "Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull". (I'm still hoping she'll show up as Marion alongside Harrison Ford as Indy in one more Indiana Jones movie. Very Happy Cool )
