Well, let's get this party started- what's new on the movie?

Well, just to get things rolling on this forum- Has anyone heard the latest word on the Transformers movie? I'm definitely looking forward to that. I'm guessing it'll be all CGI, but I'm really wanting to see some sort of blend of live action and CGI. Should definitely be interesting. Suppose we'll get to see Cybertron as well as Earth? That would be cool. I just mainly hope that Megatron still transforms into a gun and that we see a really cool Optimus Prime on there- and Bumblebee because I think he's cool! Cool

I guess we'll be able to see by next year! Very Happy

I'm looking forward to it myself. Definitely one I'll hit the theaters for!

I get my TF news from the stuff David Willis posts in his LJ/on his comics site. hehe

im not the only one thats worried that the movie will be more of the modern stuff..... like armarda......and there have been rumors that no car company will give the films rights to use specific cars eg porches etc... please say im wrong

hi,
New to the board here, just thought I'd let you know a friend of mine who's an 80's cartoon fan like me and also a huge movie buff told me the word on the transformers movie is its supposed to be live action ... I'm not quite sure if thats a good thing or not .. and word about the movie must be getting around cause the original "Transformers the Movie" is the only "long wait" movie on my net flix list of about 500 ..

I heard rumors that there was a trailor for it before Pirates of the Caribean 2. Smile

Yeah- I saw the teaser for Transformers- and what I saw looks pretty cool- they're not quite ready to fully reveal the Transformers- that's why it's a teaser! To tease you just enough into thinking you're going to actually see something really cool- and get your appetite whet enough to come back to see more later! Wink
