I made this video with the beautiful song from 1987's adult animated cult horror fantasy classic "Wicked City" called Hold me in the Shadows from the end credits of that movie as it has Tigra and Hank (A humanoid furred tiger literal cat-woman and a human man), Howard the Duck and Beverly Switzler, Lilandra and Xavier (mutant and alien), Hezibah and Corsair, Carly and Beast on X-Men TAS (blue furry mutant man who is like a cat-ape hybrid look and a woman who human)and Starlord and Gamora as they are proof in Marvel you don't have to be the same species of Being to fall in love and show love is love.

I am very supportive of interspecies or rather inter-being couples/romance in stories even comics/games/animation/sci-fi etc. but only if it involves a humanoid being, a sapient or sentient being, magical creature being, alien being or mutant being which is ok because they can consent but never to a 4 legged regular feral non-evolved non-humanoid non-sapient creature like an ordinary feral Labordour retreiver and a human for example as that would be beastality since it's a thing that cannot think or consent or have feelings like a Being would and it isn't a Being who has same structures/body parts like a human is.

Nothing wrong with interspecies or rather inter-being romance as it worked for Eliza and Goliath, Nick and Judy (Zootopia and both are mammals), Sally and Sonic (Squirrel and Hedgehog mammal beings), Star Wars humans and aliens, Star Trek humans and aliens, Tankgirl and Booga in Tankgirl comics, Hellboy and Liz in the movies/comics, Eric and Ariel in Little Mermaid, Madison and Tom Hanks in Splash, Charlene and Vinnie on Biker Mice from Mars (human and alien sapient mouse humanoid being and both are sapient mammal beings), Minerva Mink and a human lover in a fanfiction story series, Vastra and Jenny on Doctor Who, Duckman who romanced with different mammal anthro beings/different bird people/even human ladies on the show (remember that classic 90's adult animated comedy show which pre-dated South Park and Family Guy? great writing and great humor too with satire with Jason Alexander), Batman and Cheetah on Justice League, Beauty and The Beast 80's show with Vincent and Catherine, Polly Pineblossom and that rich guy who was once a jerk on New Adventures of Mighty Mouse etc.

I believe in comics especially furry ones/fanfiction/sci-fi fantasy stories even Star Wars/animation/games/Sci-fi fantasy films etc. that a person should have that right to love whoever they want to love as the artist or writer thinks so for consenting adults and i am a long time open minded person.

As Prince Lir in Peter S Beagle's The Last Unicorn (Book and movie) once said when he found out the loveliest girl he ever laid eyes on and romanced known as Lady Amalthea is a humanized unicorn "Unicorn, mermaid, sorceress, vampire, gargoyle..no name you'd give her would surprise or frighten me, i love whom i love" which is one of my all time favorite quotes.

Eclectic selection there, for sure. Thanks for sharing your work- nicely done. I appreciate you also making the distinction between inter-species love in comics and fantasy, etc. and bestiality- since, as you pointed out, there is no possibility of consent there or marriage.
A few other examples for you- there was a short-lived sitcom in the '80s called "Out of This World", which featured a human woman marrying an alien man and having a daughter (who inherited alien powers.) There's also a short-lived '90s Jim Henson sitcom called "Aliens in the Family" with a similar premise- this time with a human man marrying an alien woman and having children with her. I could be wrong, but I feel there was also the similar premise on "Alien Nation"- I do believe Matthew Sikes (human male) married a female Newcomer, Dr. Cathy Frankel (the alien species living on Earth in the show). (Or at least they were dating.)
And a long-running joke my brother and I have about the 2005 "King Kong" movie (which I rather disliked, but that's beside the point)- you can date more than one person at a time as they're not of the same species.
Laughing (Since the girl in the movie seemed to have a thing going with that one guy and the ape.)

You don't mind those couples i mentioned even Star Wars humans and aliens or even Minerva Mink (remember her from Animaniacs?) with a human lover in a fanfiction story series? you agree with what Prince LIr from The Last Unicorn said with his quote when he found out his true love is a humanized unicorn and what it means?

I don't mind them in fantasy (and I don't necessarily read or watch all of them.) It's a careful line- and I don't particularly encourage or like animal and human relationships because it does become like bestiality (but then- in the case of Howard the Duck and Beverly Switzer- it's a humanoid-like duck.....Same deal with Prince Lir in love with a unicorn.... though when the unicorn's turned magically into a human- that makes it different.... and they're both made up stories in either books, comic books or movies, etc. But at the same time, I would never want to be suggesting any kind of sexual immorality.) That's for me personally, of course- I realize other people have vastly different views of sexuality. For me personally, I am a Christian and so my views on sexuality are based on God's teachings in The Bible.
But in any case- I appreciate the work that goes into making such videos and I thank you for adding something for discussion on the forums.
Smile

I'm just saying it's wrong for anyone to fall or consent to an ordinary regular animal you know like if a guy does a beagle than that's what beastality is.

And you love that Beauty and the Beast episode of X-men? it shows love isn't always the same Being but Beast and Carly loved each other for who they are and not what they are yet the father accepted it at the end.

Yet i always felt sorry for Lir, i mean instead of turning Amalthea back into a regular unicorn, she should had transformed into a humanoid unicorn Being with her unicorn head plus white fur on her body/tail and same structure/parts like a Being does as he can't have her as a regular 4 legged feral unicorn that is a no-no as it's beastality but not as a humanoid Being then it's ok then Lir would still love her and Amalthea would still love her complete with new human-like feelings then he would return back to her forest with her as he would give up his royal lifestyle and leave it to his REAL father to be king, that's how it should have ended.

What Lir said in his brilliant quote iin the movie/book of The Last Unicorn is it's meaning is because of the utter devotion that it implies, he love Amalthea, the essence of her, and no.matter what she is or was it wouldn't or couldn't sway him from that affection. And it's also 100 percent true, if you love that person you love them despite their appearance. Yet for the Unicorn part of his quote it only applies to either humanized ones or ones who are humanoid Beings not to ordinary regular unicorns. It's a meaning that applies to Beast and Carly, Star Wars/trek human beings and alien beings and other different Beings in science ficiton and fantasy stories especially Eric and Ariel and Alan and Madison in Splash.

And hey no problem man i did quite good on my video and it's a nice song i added.

I love that right there! Smile

As to the X-Men episode, I'm not really familiar with that one offhand, but it does sound like one I'd probably enjoy.
