Very Happy is a cartoon with a small man... He looks like grouch (grump) man...his jawbone is colored in a darker color than his face..So he has a beard...and he always appears with a dog...Last time I saw this cartoon in the plane (but just the end)..as far as I remember it was from Hanna-Barbera. I've searching all cartoon of H-B, but I did not find it...so I am doubting if it is from Warner Bros...Anyone that know its name?
Thank you!

A five-o clock shadow? Yes! As I could see,... the beard looks like a 5 oclock shadow...the setting is in the countryside...the plot ? (I do not know what you mean) the dog , I think is white or ligth grey (not sure) the size is medium size....and the year I am sure it is from the 80s or early 90s...Thanks!

"the plot ? (I do not know what you mean)"
Plot-Do you remember what happened in the cartoon?
Do you remember what the characters did?

There alot of H/B cartoons with dogs in them
I can throw some wild guesses out there

Scooby Dum-...Scooby-Doo's country cousin
Scooby-Dum was gray, but a great dane is
a large dog, not medium sized dog.

Mutley/Mumbley the dog- He was brownish/gray in Dick Dastardly,
but gray, in his own series
Stop the Pigeon/Wacky Races

Mumbley
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ldfFpjmXG1E

Big Dog- he was gray, and there was a grumpy guy
with a shadowing of stubble on his face..setting varies
from one episode to the next
Two Stupid Dogs
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gopYkPr54v0

There's Bristletooth the dog from Crazy Claws
http://www.toonarific.com/show_pics.php?show_id=855
but although his master was grouchy, he had a full beard, not just a 5 o'clock shadow

Dyno mutt is gray, but the show is set in a city, and there's no grumpy guy

Certainly it is not the Munpley/Mutley dog...and not the famous Scooby Doo...maybe is Droopy...but I will need to watch all the episodes to find the grumpy guy...I really would like to see it again! if anyone have an idea thank you!...otherwise the time will tell ...if I am able to see it again...

If it was Droopy , classic episodes of Droopy Dog
aired in the 50's often paired him with his rival
Spike. Spike was a large bulldog with a dark muzzle
(a five o'clock shadow look), but he was a dog, not a man.
