It's a character whose name starts with "O".
Not human.
1980s cartoon.
Not really male, so presumably female (though this seems to be somewhat ambiguous because of the nature of the character)
It is an American cartoon.
The character is a robot alien and/or an alien robot.
The cartoon is NOT from Filmation, Hanna Barbera, Sunbow, Disney, DiC, Rankin-Bass, Ruby Spears or Warner Bros.
The character is NOT Ovide, Orko or Optimus Prime.
It did have a short-lived toy line.
