Trying to remeber a cartoon i saw in the late eighties when i was a kid, its been driving me crazy for years. Searched tons of forums, and I look through every VHS cartoon tape on ebay monthly to see if something triggers. So far NOTHING...
Here it is: I 'think' its anime, but i dont konw. Its where a male pet rodent, that to me looked like a chipmunk, but must have been a hamster or something. Escapes from its cage that i think is in an apartment in the city (may have been a girl rodent companion, lighter colored,, mayebe met her along the way...) it escapes to the sewer where it encounters rats and there is some kind of 80's rockin fight music where it fights rats. After that maybe its makes it through a zoo or park or something. It eventually makes its way to the forrest,, and there is something about it jumping far? My mom use to rent it from PHAR-MORE..
If someone on here nails it, i will crap my pants.
