Definitely an interesting list. I guess like any list it can be open for debate. I have a problem with #1, because you don't die you would just get knocked out. Any way, good find, thanks for sharing.

Well, not die in the technical sense, but in video game terminology, it can just mean losing at the game- i.e. Getting a "Game Over" screen, whether or not your character technically died. (Sometimes Mario doesn't actually die but just runs out of time.)
