Vague cartoon episode memory

I remember the main characters were little kid animals. I think one in particular was a duck, but I could be way off.

I remember one episode in particular. The one character gets an old-fashioned camera, but in order to take proper pictures, the subject has to hold still for a long time. He tries taking pictures of his friends, but it keeps failing (there's one scene where they just got ice cream, but it melts in the hot sun while they're waiting for the camera to work).

Eventually the kid-animal gets frustrated until an old and wise grandfather-type character explains that cameras like that are best for taking pictures of things that don't move, like trees.

Does anyone know what cartoon this is???
