O.k. I dont remember much, which is why this might be impossible.
The cartoon might be late 80's early 90's
This is what I remember:
Takes place on ground not sure if its earth or somewhere else
Bad guys: Some kind of alien, main vehicles are Brown in color and I remember most of them being in the air. They shoot a lot of red lazers.
Good guys: Young group of adults...I kinda remember their appearance being yellow jumpsuits, but that could be my poor memory. I think they weapons were a different color of lazer...
What sticks out most are the Brown airborn vehicles the bad guys had and the amount of lazers they would shoot.
I do not remember the plot or anything important like that.
Your my hero if you can I.D. the cartoon.

nope, not it sorry. Its going to drive me nuts. Is there anyplace where I can see all the cartoons played in the 80's and the 90's?

Its possible it could be Robotech, but I didnt get the YES!!! thats it, feeling.
The laser part is right on, even the way it was drawn. Is there any other cartoons like robotech that uses similar art style with the lasers?

Maybe one of the Voltrons?
Vehicle Voltron fought the Drule empire that piloted mostly red-ish Brown space ships. And they did fire lots of lasers around. That is as long as they hadn't formed Voltron. After that it was all just sword action._________________ Haven't thought of one yet, when I do i'll put it here.
