all i remember is that massive water cubes were stolen by a badie in a helicoptor like thing, world was in drought, hero and pals save the day and replace the water cubes.
it stuck in my mind when i was young,4-8 yrs, that water didnt come in cubes, and it sticks in my mind today how basic physics were ignored

defo had it on vhs, prob lasted 20-40 mins, may have had another episode or 2 on the same vhs.
vaguley remember an old jovial character being in the heroes group.
