Struggling to find name of cartoon ... Please help!

I have had no luck finding the name of a cartoon from the 80's that has a girl who goes through a mirror into another world where there animals similar to popples. There is also an evil witch(?) that is battled in the episodes. I've looked everywhere. If anyone knows, please help!

I had been thinking about this show for a WHILE!!! I want to get a copy and watch it again. It's so funny how cartoons/movies/shows define our childhood for us. This was always a movie I rented w/ my Mammaw.
