Ooba Dooba! The Jetsons (80s episodes) coming to DVD!

As you may know, the first season of The Jetsons aired in 1962 and all 24 episodes of this has been released onto DVD. However, though it started as a '60s cartoon, it had a revival in 1985 with a number of new episodes being filmed and airing. And finally, these '80s episodes are now on their way to DVD! That's pretty cool- I grew up watching The Jetsons and I definitely enjoy this cartoon. Orbitty was a fun addition to the cast. It'll be nice to have all these episodes on DVD, along with maybe The Jetsons Meet The Flintstones and The Jetsons: The Movie. Very Happy

It's official! The Jetsons- Season 2, Volume 1 will be coming to DVD on June 2nd.! Yeah! This is The Jetsons I grew up watching- with Orbitty! Smile

It also includes a Featurette called "The Jetsons: Return to the Future"

After a little over two years, finally The Jetsons Season 2, Volume 2 is coming to DVD! Very Happy

It will be available from Warner Archive's MOD dept. on November 8, 2011.

Now there are just 10 more episodes to go for Season 3 to complete the series on DVD.
