HELP! 80s cartoon with a flying mechanical turtle thingy

Does anybody know the title of this cartoon where in the intro or in the end credits there is this blue flying mechanical ship shaped like a turtle or smthing and it is flying in a cave or smthing. I know this isnt much, but I have this image stuck in my head since I was a child and I remeber watching this cartoon and likeing it.

The mysterious subterranean world of Arkadia was in jeopardy, when it's
artificial sun began to fail. They had to send a heroic explorer out into the
crust to find a solution to save their land. The desperate people of Arkadia
used a long lost forbidden knowledge to create a special emissary named Arcana.
She would be their messenger.

A brother(Matt) and sister (Rebecca)from the suface world manage to get lost
and fall into a lost fault in the crust deep beneath the Earth. They were found
by Sparticus and Arkana in their living ship. I think Bac and Bic might have been
Arcadian pangolins.The kids join the journey while they look for a way home.
